Terms of service

These terms are a launch-ready product draft, not a substitute for advice from counsel in the operator's jurisdiction. The final legal entity, address, governing law and refund requirements must be inserted before accepting public payments.

The service

RenewalDock provides tools for recording dates and sending automated reminders. It is not a compliance certification service, insurer, law firm or issuing authority. You remain responsible for confirming every deadline, requirement, document and renewal directly with the appropriate source.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your password and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for renewal metadata and recipient addresses added to your account, and for having a lawful basis to send those recipients operational notices.

Acceptable use

You may not use RenewalDock to send unsolicited marketing, harass recipients, store secrets or specially regulated data, probe the service, bypass plan limits, introduce malicious code or infringe another person's rights.

Plans and billing

The Free plan is subject to the limits shown in the product. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Prices, billing periods and taxes are shown before checkout. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and paid access continues through the paid period unless law requires otherwise. Any refund policy required by the operator's jurisdiction must be finalized before launch.

Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery or that an email provider will place every reminder in a recipient's inbox. Features and limits may change. Material changes affecting paid use will be communicated reasonably in advance.

Your data

You retain rights in the data you submit and grant the limited permission necessary to host, process and send it as instructed. You can export active renewal records. Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” RenewalDock is not liable for a missed renewal, expired license, lapsed insurance, fine, work interruption or indirect loss arising from reliance on a reminder. Any final liability cap and mandatory consumer exceptions must be set with counsel before launch.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend use that creates security, legal or abuse risk. Reasonable export access will be provided where practical and legally permitted.

Contact

Questions may be sent to support@getrenewaldock.com. The operator details will be added before public launch.
